I met coach HJ in May 2019 scrolling through IG looking for motivation. I came across one of her post and I felt like I needed to reach out to her, being a mom and trainer to help me refocus my fitness goals. HJ was open and willing to help me get started inspite of our distance. She created an online training platform for me that made me feel like I was receiving one on one training in the gym. I was seeing the results I wanted and felt the motivation. HJ continued to check on me even though at times I was reluctant to respond because of the head space I was in. Although I continued my training my nutrition choices were not the best. Fast forward to 2020, HJ was still in contact with me and again I was reluctant to respond because I had gained my weight plus some weight and didn't want to tell her I needed to start over. Once the gyms closed and quarantine was the new normal I received a message from HJ about live workouts she was doing on IG to keep active. She was encouraging me to check them out and join if I could. From there, a fire was lit in me to start and not quit this time. Live IG workouts, went to zoom workouts with a group of other participants to prerecorded workouts with her. Her hard work, dedication and TRUE self creates the sense of comfort and energy that I need. HJ has been a true inspiration to my dedication and motivation to continue my healthy life journey. Thank you HJ you are truly appreciated!

Since working with Coach HJ, my strength both physically and mentally has improved significantly. I would not have stay committed if it wasn't for her matchless level of dedication and support. She is very present and a massive inspiration. She's real life SUPAWOMAN!

I’m a Certified Professional Emotional Wellness Coach and I believe every great coach must have a coach. I have been coached by HJ virtually on meal planning and fitness for 3 years. I’ve lost mire than weight. I lost the excuses!!! She is strict but fair. I plan to continue my journey with her as we have set new goals and expect nothing short of victory!

Where do I begin? My fitness journey with coach HJ has been more than I could imagine. I consider myself very active and fit, and am a certified personal trainer. I typically workout 5-6 days a week but my workout routine had gotten a bit monotonous. I reached out to Coach HJ, hoping to turn up the gear on my fitness routine. Reaching out to Hejira was life changing, particularly given COVID restrictions. My gym was closed, and the motivation to work out at home was non-existent. Not only did she provide a custom workout and meal plan, but also created a customized experience catered to my goals.  I’ve been working with her since the beginning of April and I’ve can feel and see the difference. There is a level of accountability that Hejira requires, which truly helps you to reach your goals. She also hosts virtual workouts with her clients and for me has proven to be as challenging as any fitness class I’ve taken at any gym. The difference is the energy, support and overall positivity, it gets you through and also makes you proud of yourself for dedicating the time. Lastly, as a mom, I found her workouts to be easy to do in your free time or with your child. My 3-year-old daughter loves imitating Coach HJ and will often times follow along with the moves (to the extent she can’t do them). Her passion shows in the work she does and I am truly inspired and motivated to continue my fitness journey and make “Coach HJ” proud. I feel amazing!

2019 was the smallest I've been in over 20 plus years and I give credit to Hejira. I met Hejira 2011 at an Herbal life  class at the park & let's just say I never went back to a class again. Fast forward to 2019 I  linked back up with Hejira because I  knew cardio alone would not get me results I wanted, which were a toned & sculpted body.  Hejira taught me proper form, the correct way to lift and most importantly to breath when working out. During the Corona pandemic she was /is definitely a  great motivator. She conducts fat burning sweat down workouts to keep us all motivated. Besides being an amazing trainer she is a great inspirational texter too. 😁

"I was diagnosed with diabetes April 2011 and this was really a devastating time in my life.  I was approached by a young lady who introduced me to Herbalife and it changed my life in an amazing way.  They really showed me how to love working out, health and nutrition.  She dropped a bomb on me told me she couldn't train me anymore.  Wow, I was heartbroken.  In 2014, one day scrolling down Instagram I came across this beautiful woman Hejira Shirdan (now Nitoto), her body was so amazing.  I am going through her profile she had 4 kids at the time.  I am like wow she has 4 kids with a body like that she is the one.  Choosing Hejira as my trainer was the best decision I have made.  I have been with her 6 years, she is my trainer, my friend, my business partner, my family.  She has helped me with my workouts and nutrition. She has supported me through my ups and downs.  My body is the best it's been in my adult life.  At 52 [years old], I am hanging and feeling amazing with this beauty right here.  You are stuck with me lol.  Love you “

"At the beginning of my healthy life journey I was a bit lost. I had just moved to LA and I knew I wanted to look and feel better but didn't know where to start. A friend from my hometown introduced me to HJ and her family in 2012, when I was at my largest weight. At 287 pounds I was a full 100 pounds heavier than my high school weight.  I was unhappy and unhealthy.  Our first meeting was at a workout, the first of many.  Without her support I may have not made such great strides in those early days of my journey.  Now I'm helping others reach their health and fitness goals.  Thanks Coach!"

"Being a part of Coach HJ's ab challenge was an amazing experience! I have taken challenges before and it usually includes doing a certain amount of sit ups and flutter kicks every day. Not in this challenge! I learned so many new ways to work my core. She introduced me to many new exercises and made it fun and challenging. Over the 30 days of the challenge I could feel my core getting stronger and by the end I was able to do more reps and hold a plank for much longer than before. Not only did I learn from HJ but I was also blown away with the daily motivation and encouragement given by her through her videos and personal messages. Thank you Coach HJ!! I am excited to work with you more in the future!

Nikita Bush: "I was drawn to HJ because of her passion. She is very passionate about what she does committed to anyone making sure they reach their goals. I was one of her first supervisors and I am grateful for her and knowing what I can accomplish when I put my heart and soul into what I do. She had been a huge inspiration on this journey and I will always admire her for it. Love you HJ you are going places girl! This is what I look like before I started my journey 2013 I struggled a lot because I could not get the clean eating part right. However I was determined to get the results I wanted. Don't get me wrong I had amazing results weighing at 140 and I was nice fit. However sticking to certain products and eating clean for the past two years cause me to drop the weight and body fat significantly. This is me now, 128 pounds."

Sascha Conrad : "Coach HJ and I worked together in SFV running a free Fit Club. I had just had my second son and decided to hook up with her after she got her PT Cert. I worked with her twice a week for a month, also had a meal plan I followed, and I lost 3 inches from my waist as well as over an inch off each arm & leg. Thank you Coach!"
