"Being a part of Coach HJ's ab challenge was an amazing experience! I have taken challenges before and it usually includes doing a certain amount of sit ups and flutter kicks every day. Not in this challenge! I learned so many new ways to work my core. She introduced me to many new exercises and made it fun and challenging. Over the 30 days of the challenge I could feel my core getting stronger and by the end I was able to do more reps and hold a plank for much longer than before. Not only did I learn from HJ but I was also blown away with the daily motivation and encouragement given by her through her videos and personal messages. Thank you Coach HJ!! I am excited to work with you more in the future!
