All eligible items must be returned or exchanged within 7 days of when you received your order.
Returns & Exchanges
Complete the form on the backside of the crd provided. Please make sure you input your order number correctly (can be found in your confirmation email).
Pack and secure your item(s) in original packaging along with the provided form.
Purchase a shipping label from a carrier of your choice, the cost of returning the items to us is your responsibility.
Ship the items off to the address provided, and you’re all set.
Return by Mail
Simply fill out the form on the card provided in your packaging and ship the items back to us. Once we have received your returned package, items eligible for a refund will be credited back to the original form of payment within five business days.
*Items eligible for return or exchange must be new, unworn, and unwashed. Items must be returned or exchanged in the original packaging, and all item(s) tags must be attached. Eligible returns or exchanges will be issued a refund for its purchase price only; selected promotional sales and all associated shipping costs are nonrefundable. Also items are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Exchanges are FINAL SALE. All exchange options are not available for international customers.
