I, Hejira "Coach HJ" Nitoto, am a certified personal trainer, NPC figure competitor and fit mother of 6 awesome children! I started my career as an Herbalife health coach and then became a UFC Gym coach. Then, I decided I wanted and needed to work independently and left corporate training to start my small private training facility. My facility is located in the South Bay area of Los Angeles. I provide meal plans, online training / coaching, and small private group and one on one training.
My passion and purpose is helping people who are serious about wanting help and support in order to live a sustainable healthier happier lifestyle; especially women and mothers.
I decided I wanted to live a healthier lifestyle after I had my 3rd child. I discovered how life changing it was to just make simple changes in how I ate and incorporating exercise on a regular basis.
After having my 4th child, I wanted to see how far I could push myself and I competed in a figure competition.
I loved that other people, especially mothers, were inspired and motivated by my personal journey. I found my passion and purpose in life in health and fitness! I gave up a paralegal career in corporate America and set out on my journey to make a difference to my local and global community via nutrition and exercise!
I want to work with people who are truly committed to making long term lifestyle changes not just temporary quick fixes to their outer appearance. I want to teach people that eating healthy and exercising should be a regular enjoyable part of life, not anything extra! Teach our future generations to make healthier choices early in life! A healthier life is a happier life!!
Lead by example!
I, Sirai “Coach Rai” Thompson, I grew up as a multi-sport athlete. I love the game, any game. Fitness was a way to escape, improve myself, and have fun. I have been able to push myself and see all that I can do from playing tennis and running tack all throughout high school and then Division 1 track and field in college and now I love helping others do the same. I grew up playing many sports but tennis was my first love. I played more seriously when I got to high school on the varsity team and later became captain. Simultaneously, I ran on the high school track team and also became captain. I continued my athletic career running D1 track at UC Riverside and this is where I grew a love for power lifting and weight training. I soon saw how important weight training and resistance training were to help build muscle, tone the body, and overall health.
After graduating I then continued to help others in the fitness world as a I became a Personal Training Director for a few years NCCPT certified and it was my job to help others get to their goals and train other trainers to do the same. While I enjoyed my job, my mom and I decided to work for ourselves and start our training business aimed at helping others build a healthy lifestyle. I like to add a challenge to our workouts so we can really push each other to not just doing the basics but to push our body’s to their limits.
In 2019, I joined the US Air Force and graduated in 2021 as a civil engineer. Having a athletic and training background helped me flourish and gave me a chance to help my wingman. Now, combining my athletic training, personal training and military training gives me a well rounded skill to help others reach their goals.
My philosophy is to give variety and make working out fun. I like to set a main as well as mini goals to keep you motivated and to track your progress. Being an athlete most of my life, I use that knowledge and experience to educate others so they understand the importance of exercise mentally and physically and learn how to do it effectively. I aim to make sure people are reaching their goals AND having a great time. You only get one life, make the best of it as happy and healthy as possible.
