Where do I begin? My fitness journey with coach HJ has been more than I could imagine. I consider myself very active and fit, and am a certified personal trainer. I typically workout 5-6 days a week but my workout routine had gotten a bit monotonous. I reached out to Coach HJ, hoping to turn up the gear on my fitness routine. Reaching out to Hejira was life changing, particularly given COVID restrictions. My gym was closed, and the motivation to work out at home was non-existent. Not only did she provide a custom workout and meal plan, but also created a customized experience catered to my goals.  I’ve been working with her since the beginning of April and I’ve can feel and see the difference. There is a level of accountability that Hejira requires, which truly helps you to reach your goals. She also hosts virtual workouts with her clients and for me has proven to be as challenging as any fitness class I’ve taken at any gym. The difference is the energy, support and overall positivity, it gets you through and also makes you proud of yourself for dedicating the time. Lastly, as a mom, I found her workouts to be easy to do in your free time or with your child. My 3-year-old daughter loves imitating Coach HJ and will often times follow along with the moves (to the extent she can’t do them). Her passion shows in the work she does and I am truly inspired and motivated to continue my fitness journey and make “Coach HJ” proud. I feel amazing!
